To enhance monitoring, Cartrack offers the Cartrack Vision fleet camera system. You can install up to four cameras per vehicle and monitor them in real-time at any time via Fleet Web.

More Efficient Task Management with Cartrack Delivery
Cartrack Indonesia’s fleet management system has been further enhanced with the addition of the Cartrack Delivery feature for managing driver tasks. Fleet operators can create task details and assign them to drivers via Fleet Web, while drivers receive the assignments through the Cartrack Delivery mobile app. Task completion progress can be monitored via Fleet Web, and proof of delivery—such as photos or digital signatures—can be captured instantly, thereby accelerating the invoicing process. Cartrack Delivery also enables inventory management by allowing barcode numbers to be included in task details; these are then scanned by drivers, ensuring that outgoing stock is accurately recorded in the system.
The chat function in the Cartrack Delivery app assists drivers when they need something, allowing messages to be read by whichever operator is on duty via Fleet Web. In addition to task and inventory management, Cartrack Delivery also offers a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) feature. Through the app, drivers can report vehicle issues encountered while on duty and include photographic evidence. Drivers can also track the resolution status of these vehicle issue reports directly within the app.
